2024 leased an Energy efficient vehicle with state and federal incentives applied to purchase price. Do I need to include this in any way?

There is no paperwork or Tax forms from the dealership, and to the best of my knowledge I shouldn't be putting it in to try to claim a double credit, but don't want to make mistakes.

Since you are leasing the vehicle, you are not the owner.  Since you do not own the vehicle you cannot claim any type of EV credit on a tax return, so there is nothing for you to enter concerning the vehicle on your tax return.
