2024 Desktop Turbo Tax

Hi all,

just purchased my Turbo Tax from Costco (as always) only to discover my 2018 MacBook Air will not update to the required OS of Ventura.    What to do? Apple says my computer is too old to update?  Will the online version of Turbo Tax run on Monterey 12.7.6?

I have bought this product for 25 years and I can't believe I can't do my taxes now?!

Thanks!!

No---sorry---your old Mac does not meet the system requirements for desktop software now.   So....if you cannot upgrade your OS, you can still use online software.  You cannot use that license key to pay for online TT, though.  So....seek a refund from Costco.   Or maybe you can get a refund from TT--
