2023 Taxes, PDF is clear on both federal and state. Printing the federal is clear but the state return is ghosted and unreadable

2023 Taxes, PDF of the returns, both federal & state are clear. When I print the pdf the federal is clear but the state return is ghosted and unreadable.

TurboTax Premier 2023 / Windows 11 Version 24H2, adobe - continuous release version2024.005.2039, 64 bit.

I simply want a clean hardcopy of the 2023 return. How can this be fixed?

This was a problem but was corrected in a recent update.

You may need to do a manual update.

What is a manual update?

You can try these steps to resolve if you are using the online version:

Clearing your Cache and Cookies
Using a different browser
Opening an Incognito Window
