2023 Tax Summary Display isn't displaying a value

TurboTax Deluxe Windows desktop version.

There is no amount showing in the Your 2023 Income Summary column (under Federal Taxes, Wages & Income) for either of these two rows, even though I have entries in them:

Income from 1099-NEC

Stock, Cryptocurrency, ...

Is this a bug or is there a reason that $0 would display even when there is a 1099-NEC and 1099-B data entered?  It does show the 2022 amount.

Are you still experiencing this problem?

Make sure you have ran all updates.

Yes, this problem still exists.  As noted in my post, I am using Desktop.

Software is up to date.

Quite an odd bug.

You need to click on the Business Tab in TurboTax to see your 1099-NEC income. Self employment income won't show on Your 2023 Income Summary screen. under the personal tab.

Thank you, but your response did not address my question.

2023 TT Deluxe desktop version

Your 2023 Income Summary screen has a 2022 and a 2023 column.  The 2023 column shows a $0 amount even though there is data in both of these sections:

                                                                      2022                    2023

 - Investment Income 1099-B

      -Stocks, Crypto, etc.                             $1,000                $0

 - 1099 Misc and Other Income

      - Income from 1099-NEC                    $2,200                $0

The 2022 amount is shown, but the 2023 amount is blank.

We would like to take a deeper dive into this message to assist you. In order to do this, it would be helpful to have a TurboTax ".tax2023" file that is experiencing this issue. You can send us a “diagnostic” file that has your “numbers” but not your personal information.

To do that:

1.Select Online menu

2.Select Send Tax File to Agent.

3.A pop-up message will appear, select Send

4.Reply back with the Token Number.
