2019 Windows error is: "Windows cannot find'C:\Program files (x86)\Turbotax\Deluxe2019\32 bit\Turbotax.exe'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again.

I made sure Java & windows are up to date, cleared Java cache, deleted all prior turbotax software, restarted, then downloaded again, still doesn't work. I tried from CD and software download from online following each step. Still get same error.

I have gotten the same error since about the end of January 2019 when Windows 10 did a major update. I have verified the file is there and even double clicked on the executable but still the same problem. I have tried the TT repair option, removed and reinstalled TT several times but still the same problem. I may soon switch to another competitor as there is no way to contact Intuit.

The errors are most commonly caused by corrupted or missing dynamic-link library (DLL) files.

These errors usually occur when a program mishandles the file during use. The problem happens within the Windows registry, where applications look up the location of DLLs they need.

You should forcefully uninstall and reinstall TurboTax here:

(use a different browser to download the software, if you are doing a download).
