2019 Turbo tax filing

What is your question about it?

My CA refund was much less than my Turbo Box indicated. I sent the CA Franchise Board the request documentation over two months ago and still no response. I waited on my phone for over 2 hours to talk to someone at the CA State Franchise Board.  I need to talk to someone at Turbo Tax to review my filing with me.

I thought that everything was sent from Turbo Tax to the CA Franchise Tax board. They indicated that they had not received my W-2 Forms.
