I installed 2019 basic and it crashed every time I tried to update the program. I found the link to update manually. Did that. Now when I get to the deduction section, and right at the part in "teacher Expenses" where I click "no" it crashes. Tried many times and it crashes on the same part.
So I uninstalled (complete) TurboTax and reinstalled it. Sure enough, it crashed while trying to update the normal way. So I still had the manual update and went ahead and did that. Half way through the maunual update the program crashed.
So I tried to sign in here and had to click to re-set or retrieve my password. It said it sent the email, but it was to an address that I have never had? So I put my email address in the username box and password. It took that and sent me a code to verify. While that was happening I was trying to find my post from yesterday. It's no where to be found.
I have used TurboTax for many many years, and never had problems like this before. I need someone to help fix these issues so I can file.
