2018 imported 2017 and now all 2017 tax returns are gone

In addition to this year's software constantly crashing I just saw that when I imported last year's tax returns into 2018 all tax info from 2017 is now missing from my computer! 2017 intuit software shows none of my 5 returns in it and the tax folders from my laptop are missing 2017 entirely. Anyone else have this happen?

And now I open 2018 software and I am missing my 2018 return also (just one of the 4 returns that I was working on). I save a draft as always and the only returns 2018 shows are the ones I actually efiled. Returns not yet efiled are missing
