20% off saying I'd pay $48 instead of $59 isn't applying. I feel tricked.

Received emails from turbotax saying "you're so close - a few clicks left" and offering a discount. Clicking the claim offer now button and the save 20% now button do not result in the discount being applied to my account. I feel tricked - not happy!

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue. If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help. Do not use the word “refund.”

There was a time limit to claim the offer. I believe the date was Feb 15. The time limit should have been specified in the email. if you feel deceived, select the link in the post above to contact Turbo Tax. This is not the forum to request this.
