2 member llc

My spouse and I (not married) have a two member llc. We have 2 1099’s made out to the Llc from two different businesses. I am a bit confused how to file and show income for both of us. I know we split the income and expenses but do I file my taxes in my name and just report half the income as “other income” or do I list that I have an llc and 1099’s? I guess I’m confused on do I just enter the 1099’s for both of us but with only half the income it shows? Then I’m worried it’s like falsifying documents because the total on the 1099 will say something different than what I’m reporting.

spouse by definition a husband or wife, considered in relation to their partner: How can you have a spouse if you are not married.to them?  if you are not married then more likely than not a partnership return should have been filed on or before 3/15/2024. If required failure to file penalties are about $200/partner/member/month for up to 12 months.
