109X import not working. Constantly getting the error 'It looks like this part of our site isn't working right now. Please try again later. Try again' Please help

If you are using TurboTax Online, please try logging completely out of the TurboTax website, then clear your browser's cache and delete cookies. A full or corrupted cache can keep TurboTax from functioning properly. If that doesn't work, try a different browser.

 

If you are using TurboTax CD/Download, make sure that your software is up-to-date.
