1099G UC overpayment was doubled and the amount owed to the claimant was returned in subsequent year

In 2022 I had overpaid the Office of Unemployment. the amount was returned to me and I received a 1099G form. As I work through the 2023 return I am trying to discern how to complete the Turbo Tax selections; none are applicable to a re-payment.

What had happened was I had repaid the UC Office for an overpayment and it was never credited. Later, when I received the UC benefits again, the amount was deducted from my weekly payment which caused a double payment. It was not east to recover!

What boxes have amounts?   What amount did you report for unemployment on last year's return?   There is a place to report unemployment you paid back.   And you can enter the year the refund is applicable to in the state or local refund entry screen.

If the income is in:

Use the link that corresponds with the type of 1099-G you received.
