Did you take the standard deduction on your 2020 tax return? If so, you want to delete it. If you filed a Schedule A (or itemized deductions) last year, then you are going to add or edit. You will need to report the portion of your Local Tax Deduction that ended up being refunded to you. See 1099-G State Refund for more information.

Thank you, I've use the standard deduction for the past few years, so I will delete it. It really confused me as to why it randomly popped up.
