1099-S Help

I received a 1099-S for the sale of rental property in 2020.  The property was on one deed but had three houses with three mortgages.  There is only one 1099-S.   Instructions say to report the 1099-S on the Schedule E.  Can I report it three times and divide the total by 3?

Yes, if you sold all three properties, divide the total amount by three and apportion it.
