1099-R shows old address. Should I file using old address or use current overseas address?

Same goes for phone number, old Nevada number or new foreign country phone number?

File your return using your current mailing address (Personal Info interview > Mailing Address).

The address (i.e. your old address) on Form 1099-R has no effect on your tax return and does not have to match your current address.

TurboTax directions required me to enter my address exactly as it appeared on last year's 1099-R.  I did, and it was rejected.  TT insisted that I enter a state abbreviation.  I live in Spain,  as I did for last year's tax return. TT refused to accept my 1099-R report without a state, preventing me from e-filing.  (If I had entered a state, it would not have squared with my Spanish postal code.  Lose-lose for me.)
