1099-R Income Reporting on he tax forms

My wife and I are filing Married/Joint.  We each receive income from our IRAs, and each get a 1099-R.  We input both of our 1099-Rs in our Federal taxes just fine.

But when we went to State and City taxes, Turbo-Tax would only report MY 1099-R, and not my wife's.  Additionally, there was no method presented which would allow me to add my wife's 1099-R.  No edit function was available to correct it.  As a result, State and Local taxes record 1/2 of our income from the 1099-Rs.

How do I correct this?  How do I get the State taxes to import BOTH 1099-Rs into the tax tax form (and ultimately the city form)?

Delete her 1099R and re enter it.  Go all the way to the end of the 1099R section.  That should clear something out.  You may have entered the wrong state on it.  Then start the state over to update.

To Mik9241:  Her name is on the account, and the 1099-R was issued in her name.

To VovoGirl: I will do that.  Let's see if it works.
