Some banks might have done some update, and it sometimes it doesn't update TurboTax properly. In this case, you will need to enter the missing information in a different way, such as manually or uploading a hard copy PDF. It's your responsibility to make sure all information is entered accurately, regardless of what the software pulls from the bank.
