Help. I have a part time job where I work at the church nursery. They gave me a 1099 NEC and this year it wants me to add my own business. I don't have a business so I don't know who to NOT fill out the business forms.

The income on the 1099-NEC is considered self-employment and it gets reported on Schedule C which is a business return. For tax purposes, you are considered to own your own business. Use your name and your home address for your business. Continue through those screens (there are only a few) and TurboTax will create Schedule C and report your 1099 income on it. You can deduct business-related expenses as well.
