1099 NEC ISSUE/QUESTION

My husband received a 1099-NEC from a company that he also received a W2 from.  These funds were bonuses/commissions he earned while employed paid out to him at a later date.  He was not self employed but the current turbo tax does not allow for me to choose NOT SELF EMPLOYED.  It only give the options:

Self employment income

Farm income

Hobby

Lawsuit Settlement

Medicaid Waiver payments that qualify as difficulty of care

Income that should've been reported on W2

None of those seem to be correct - any ideas/help on this one?  All of the previous posts give directions to previous versions of TT that do not have those options anymore.

That income should have been reported on his W-2 so you should choose that option in the drop down menu. Since he is an employee, all compensation he received should be reported as wage income on a W-2 form.
