1099 Misc

Do you enter 1099misc information while filing your taxes that your retirement IRA account received? The payer is my property management company and the recipient is my self-directed IRA account that owns the property. I did not receive any income or take distribution from the IRA account.

The 1099-Misc should be issued in the Name and EIN of the Retirement Account IRA.

You may need to have the payor correct it, so the IRS does not expect it on your personal return.

Here's more detailed info on Self-Directed IRA Income.
