1099 INT to entire foreign bank interest

I added a 1099 INT and entered the foreign bank interest but the bank does not have an FEIN and TurboTax brings it up when reviewing the tax forms. It does not allow a dummy number like 99-9999999 or 11-1111111. Any suggestions on how to workaround this issue or a different way to file this income?

For a 1099-INT the only required info should be the name of the payer and the interest amount. delete the payer and recipient info to see if that works.

I deleted the payer and recipient info but TurboTax says that I cannot leave the FEIN field empty. See screenshot.

Use 99-0999999 an obviously fake number to an agent but not the program.
