1099-INT (Rev. 10-2013) Intrest income from the irs. Total interest paid or credited $16.21. How do I report this? There is no import code or box codes.

I sent to the 1099-INT form but it asked me for box b and another box but there is no boxes with letters. I had no bank accounts or anything so I'm not even really sure what this is.

You'll need to enter information from this form into TurboTax manually.  Disregard any fields on the interview screen for which there are no entries on the 1099-INT, make any relevant entries on the screen that are reflected on the 1099-INT, and click Continue.

Please see the TurboTax Help article Where do I enter Form 1099-INT? for guidance.

This Form 1099-INT almost certainly reflects interest that had accrued on a federal income tax refund that you received late from the IRS.  See the IRS's Interest for Individuals page for more information.
