1099-INT erros when entering cents, I need to enter, or I can round

Hello, when I enter menually the amount ifor 1099-INT on box 1, the software is showing incorrect amount. I enter 700.01 and the software shows 7,001.00. Not sure if I can round to 700 to avoid that problem, or if it is a way to sove. Thanks
