1099-G Form has my Maiden name not my Married name. Can I still file like this?

I have a 1099-G form for Unemployment Benefits. The problem is: I got married last year after having already received the benefits so my maiden name is on the form not my married name. Unemployment is too busy that the automated machine hangs up on me telling me to try again later. I have no idea how to go about getting it changed if need be. Can I still submit it with my maiden name?

Yes. You will still be able to file under your married name and report the figures from the 1099-G. The IRS will also cross reference your social security number on the 1099-G for accuracy.
