1099 downloads on Turbo

I am not able to download 1099  from Schwab, TDAmeritrade, and UBS.

 

I put in the the account number and the 11 digit document number and get the same message:

 

Following fields have limits 

Document ID (top of your tax form, no spaces .....

 

I verified I'm only put in the 11 digits on the 1099s. 

 

Why is it not working?

This happens occasionally. 

 

Try clearing your browser's cache and deleting your cookies, then see if you can continue where you left off.  See the TurboTax Help articles How to clear your cache and How do I delete cookies? for guidance.

 

Next, make sure you're only downloading information from one brokerage at a time.
