1099-B worksheet capital gains from Vanguard IRA but did not receive a form 8949

During the check smart check feature on the federal portion of the TurboTax it asks for date sold, basis and sales price. I did not get a 1099-B form from Vanguard nor a form 8949. On my December statement I see LT capital gains for BND fund and BNDX fund. How to i complete the information on the Smart Check form for 1099-B worksheet

if you don't have a 1099-B in hand you can't enter a 1099-B and your worksheet should be empty.

capital gains/losses derived inside an IRA a/c are not reported on your personal tax return.  however, if you have a regular (taxable) investment a/c and sold securities at a loss in it, then if you purchased a substantially identical security in the IRA within the period starting 30 days before the loss sale and ending 30 days after the loss sale, you have a wash sale. you'll have to do a manual on your 1040 for this

I didn't notice IRA.

You don't get a a  1099-B for an IRA and you don't report anything.
