I received a 1095-A void after submitting my e-file. I also received a 1095-C from my employer. I was fraudulently enrolled into a marketplace plan last year and they did not void and remove it until after I filed is there a way to fix it without doing amended return?

No, you will have to amend your tax return to make any corrections. If you ever receive tax information that you know is incorrect, you should not file it on your tax return.
