Any change in tax law for spousal traditional IRA inheritance rules for 2022

when spouses are residents of a community property state?

Is spousal IRA inheritance still considered as part of the beneficiary spouse's total inheritance

limit?

Hi @loufurut! IRA inheritance rules were not changed as part of the tax law changes recently passed.
