Would my mobility scooter be a deduction?

Would the cost of a ramp since i amin a wheelchair be a deducttion?

Yes, you can deduct as medical expenses what you pay for improvements made to your home, if the purpose was medical care.  The cost of permanent improvements that can be included is the difference between the cost of the improvement and the increase in the value of your property. The entire cost is included as a medical expense only if the value of your property isn't increased by the improvement.
