Working on 2019 tax with desktop premier version. It's saying"You may want to withdraw money from your HSA". But I am pretty sure I don't have excess contribution. Ideas?

In 2019 I didn't any have personal contribution, only employer contributed $7xx, far from $3500 limitation and I did the same 0 contribution in 2018 as well.

The HSA is handled in 3 parts in the TT program :

First the contribution:

Next the limitations screen to confirm you are eligible to make the contributions:

Until you complete the HSA portion of the TurboTax interview to establish your eligibility for an HSA contribution, TurboTax will treat the amount entered on the W-2 form as an excess HSA contribution.

At page " high deductible health plan (HDHP)", should select yes.

Yep ... you must  carefully  read all the words on all the screens ... one little miss click will change everything.
