Why would turbo tax say that I don't qualify for this Child care credit when both my providers and I meet all the criteria?

I am a single parent (Head of Household) making less than $20K with a dependent child who is 6. I spent over $4K with 3 providers including her school district, summer day camp and a third company that provides day camp on days the schools are closed but my work isn't.

You probable don't have any tax liability. For 2022, the credit for child and dependent care expenses is nonrefundable. A nonrefundable credit essentially means that the credit can't be used to increase your tax refund or to create a tax refund when you wouldn't have already had one

Agreed ... look at your form 1040  line 22 ... if that is zero the child care credit is useless unlike the craziness of 2021.
