Why was i disallowed the EIC ?nd can i e_file form 8862

When and why was I denied to claim the EIC and do I need to file the 8862 by mail or can I e-file?

You can e-file the form using TurboTax. The IRS determines when it is necessary to disallow an EIC filing. See the TurboTax FAQ link below that explains how to enter Form 8862 into TurboTax:
