Why TT not recognizing me as a Real Estate Professional? I materially participated for more than 750 hours in the real estate business.

I also own 100% if the rentals.

You must check active participant and the box for over 750 hours.

Click on the Forms icon on the upper right, lick on the Information Worksheet on the left, scroll down to Part Vl and check the Real Estate Professional box.
