Why is box 12a(letter E) from W-2 getting auto populated to HSA on Federal Return?

So, while entering my wife's W-2 info, there is an amount of $5,200 in Box 12a.  It is coded letter "E".  For some reason, that amount is populating under to the HSA portion of the tax return.  Any thoughts?  Thank you!

Is there a Health Savings Account contribution shown on the W-2 in another part of box 12 with code W?  

 

Try deleting the W-2 and re-entering it to see if the issue is cleared up.
