Why did my state return for Kentucky do the nonitemizer deduction of $2530 when I had $5755 in donations, property taxes, and vehicle registration deductions?

I added everything to my federal information, but the federal standard deduction was better for me to take.

This year Kentucky has eliminated the deduction for taxes paid. Only Home Mortgage Interest, Charitable Contributions and some Miscellaneous Deductions are allowed.
