Why am I unable to access the EIC form that says available today 1-8-2020. I’ve tried everything... I do not have to file a 8862 or have never received any type of letter

The Schedule EIC is automatically generated by the TurboTax software if you are eligible based on the tax data, filing status and dependents you have entered.  It is not directly entered by the user.

So when I go to file my federal return,  it says under federal

EIC for federal income tax.            1/8/20

the 1/8/20 is when the form is available 

The Schedule EIC will either be available later today, or the date will be changed.  All availability dates are subject to change.
