I am working in Europe, but do not make a lot of money. I have a very very small amount in my foreign bank account and Turbo Tax told me that it doesn't need to be reported. They are charging me because I said that I have a foreign account, which means they are going to file a form, despite it being completely blank minus my name. Other than that, I simply have to file my W2 and 1099T. Why can they file a completely blank form and then charge me to upgrade to deluxe for it?
