Why am I being given an $8000 credit in CO for the Innovative Motor Vehicle Credit when I did not buy an electric or hybrid car.

On the menu bar on the left.

1. Select 

   Tax Tools

2. On the drop-down select

    

   Tools

3. On the Pop-Up menu select

    

   Delete a Form

4. This will give you all of the forms in your return

5. Scroll down to the form you want to delete a

6. Select 

   8910 

   This is the form for the

   Fed

   EV credit

   or DR 0617 for the CO Innovative Car Credit

7. Click on 

   Delete

   .

8. Always use extreme caution when deleting information from your tax return.  There could be unintended consequences.
