Who claims they own a house when there are three names on the deed?

My mom put my siblings onto the deed of the house we live in before she passed away two years ago. My brother pays the property tax. Should I claim that I own a house?

No, if you are not paying taxes or mortgage interest, you will not claim that you own the house.  Only the person paying the mortgage interest or property taxes would be able to report this.
