Where to add my foreign tax payments? I had foreign wage income. I entered my income in "foreign income and exclusion" section but where do I enter foreign tax I paid?

To add your Foreign Tax payments in TurboTax, while logged in to your return, click on Search, and type in "Foreign Tax Paid".  Click on "Jump to foreign tax paid".  Continue and TurboTax will guide you through entering your foreign tax payments for the Foreign Tax Credit.
