Where in TurboTax can Tree removal home expense deduction be made?

I had to remove a tree as it was a hazard to my property and damaging the home , due to that - it is considered home improvement - so where in Turbotax do I enter my deductible expense for that ?

You don't, unless the home was a rental property.  Tree removal is not tax deductible.  Neither are home improvements for your personal residence.

Reading here and other places seems to indicate that there are exceptions:

As DavidD66 stated, if this is a personal residence it is not a deductible expense.  Cutting down a tree does not qualify for any of the current home energy credits either. If the tree was part of a home improvement, the cost can be added to the cost basis for when you sell the home and then deducted from your sales price.  However, until you sell the home, this is not a deductible expense.
