Where in Turbo Tax do you enter the costs incurred when selling a second home? i.e. commissions, attorneys fees etc.. I see where the "Basis" can be adjusted not the cost

Where in Turbo Tax do the sales expenses go when you sell a second home/condo? I see where the Basis adjustments go but not the expenses??

You have to make sure the box is checked on the first page (description of property). 

The box is titled - "I paid sales expenses not included in gross proceeds"
