where in turbo tax do I put foreign tax credit carryover distributed.I

where in turbo tax on line 14 do I put "Foreign tax credit carry over distributed" ? and non dividend distributions (return of Capital)

To enter foreign tax credit carryover, go to:

Deductions and Credits
Scroll down to Estimates and other Taxes Paid
Select Foreign taxes
Click continue through the screens and you will finally get to the Foreign Tax Credit Carryovers screen.
Enter them by year
