Where enter 2023 Sch C 50% meals I only find 100% entry and I know its limited to 50%

Where enter 2023 Sch C 50% meals I only find 100% entry and I know its limited to 50%

I am using "Premium" on line but that isn't a listed version so said Premier

Do you not see two radio buttons with one labeled 50% and the other 100%?
