Form 8862, Information To Claim Earned Income Credits After Disallowance?
That is correct where do I send it after I have filled it out
If you got an IRS letter asking for the form then the address to send it will be on that notice.
I got a letter to come to the office in person and was informed then stupid me forgot to get the address to mail it too
I have been all over the irs.gov website and can't find it
Choose your state & use the column for form 1040 with no payment.

When you mail anything to the IRS, use a mailing service that will track it, like certified mail or UPS, so you will know they received it.

O got. Letter from IRS stating I need to file form 8863 to claim the credit for earned income again..What address I send it to
If you received a letter from the IRS, then the address should be on that letter.
Check the link for addresses by state.
If you are filing Form 8862 because you received an IRS letter, you should send it to the address listed in the letter.
If your return was rejected because you need to file Form 8862, you can add Form 8862 to your tax return and then e-file it.
Here is how to add Form 8862 to your tax return.
If you filed your original return without reporting 1095-A form, you should have received a letter (12C letter) from the IRS asking you to send Form 8962. The letter should provide some instructions on where and how to send the form.
Here is a TurboTax help article I got a 12C letter from the IRS (Form 8962).

@nekesia1991
There is no address on the letter and the phone number they give is the generic IRS number that hangs up when you call it because of "high call volume".
