Where do I put my property taxes for my primary residence in Turbo Tax? I purchased a second home in 2024, and all the info for this home has been inputted.

You put that property tax in the same section you entered the property tax on your second home. Go to Deductions and Credits, then Home, then Property Taxes. You'll see where you can enter property taxes paid on both homes on the screen that says Enter the property tax you paid in 2024:
