Where do I list property taxes paid on a third home that is not a rental? The form allows me to list the second home, but not a third home.

You can add the real estate taxes you paid on your third home to your second home and report as one.  However, the new Federal Tax Reform limits your state and local tax (SALT) deduction to a maximum of $10,000 if single or married filing jointly.
