It will get entered on your state return. Every state program is different - but towards the end of the state interview in the program, there will be a screen that references "Use" tax on online purchases. This is where you will enter this information.
The letter may also have contained a method of paying the taxes directly. Most states have a form on their website that you can fill out to pay the tax.
