Where do I find the value of donated building materials?

I have materials left over from building a house that I donated to the Restore (Habitat for Humanity). Where do I find the value of the items? Do I treat them as new or as used?

Below is a handy guide from Habitat for Humanity. Treat them according to the condition they are in when you donated them.

If you donated unused items, then value them at the top of a range. If the items have been used, then the value would be on the lower end of the range.
