Where do I find out the points paid on my loan when I refinance it back in 2016?
I still don't know where to find the points paid when I refinance my loan back in 2016

That would have been reported, IF YOU PIAD ANY POINTS, on the closing statement of the refinance loan. It may also have been reported on the 2016 1098 issued by the Lender.
